The Company

Freshening Industries traces its relatively young beginnings to 1994, when we pioneered the simple but novel concept of manufacturing premium-grade individually packed wet paper towels. With a knowing finger on the pulse of the increasingly sophisticated tastes and demanding needs of the average Asian consumer, we sparked the trend of accessible and convenient hygiene wipes. 15 years later and with 5,000 foodservice establishments to our name, we are now the leading wet towel producer as well as a key provider of hygiene and foodservice products in this region.

Today, Freshening products can be found in over 33 countries. We count, among many others, major airlines, global food chains, hotel conglomerates, international cruise liners and prominent hospital groups, as loyal customers – a testament to the versatility and quality of our products.

	Freshening Singapore *Global Headquarters, Production & Distribution* Freshening Singapore is our head office cum group manufacturing hub. We started with a humble shop lot in Eunos and later moved to Kallang. Rapid expansion brought about a third relocation to the current site in Loyang. The facility here serves both domestic and international markets and is also the centre for product research and development.

	Freshening Malaysia Production & Distribution Freshening Malaysia began as a sales office in 2006. Three years of impressive sales propelled the company to operate their own production plant in Malaysia in late 2009. Situated in Sunway Damansara Technology Park in the city of Petaling Jaya, it now caters to the local market as well as neighbouring countries north of Malaysia.

	Freshening Indonesia Production & Distribution Freshening Indonesia was also initially a sales office. Shortly after setting up in 2009, sales surpassed expectations and the company was ready to run its own production facility. Currently, the facility in Jakarta exclusively supplies to the growing demand of the Indonesian market.

	Freshening Foshan, China *QC, Sourcing & Logistic Hub* Started in early 2010, Freshening Foshan in China will perform as the group QC, Sourcing and Logistic Hub for Contract Manufactured Made in China product that is compliant to Freshening’s stringent requirement and design. All products will be first examined and evaluated by our internal QC division with product testing carried out by independent laboratories on a regular basis, before they are exported to Freshening offices in their respective locations.

	Freshening Hong Kong Sales & Marketing Office Started in early 2006, Freshening Hong Kong continues to perform as the main marketing arm to customers from the surrounding areas, some of the most reputable include United Italian Group, Tao Heung Group, KFC Hong Kong, Cathay Pacific in addition to all the casinos in Macau through the collaboration with a local partner.
